we were finally able to get some work done tonight, we removed the plastic from the skins. I know it's not much but since we haven't been able to do ANYTHING for so long it really felt good.

We used our soldering gun to melt the plastic where we wanted to remove it.

You can really see it here, but this gun has a light that is REALLY handy.

I didn't take any photos of the dimpling and deburring, once you have seen it you really don't need to see it again.
